stupidly proud moments

As I'm surfing the 'net tonight I can hear, in the background, my daughters (15 and 12) playing around with a keyboard and a flute.

 

I'm already impressed that they can both read music (and fear no musical instrument), but the past couple of minutes sent my heart fluttering into a nice place.

 

I'm sure it wasn't for my benefit, and I do know their musical preferences, but it was absolutely wonderful to hear them having a wonderful stab at "There is a light that never goes out".
