Maybe one for the rant room this, but in work we've just been forced to migrate from Outlook to Lotus Notes, and it's fecking terrible. Ugly interface, slow as f***, takes twice as mich effort to get anything done, and I can't do File>Send To>Mail Recipient from MS Office docs anymore. And it's wiped my calendar clean too, just as a little bonus. What a load of b******s.
