Minor inujuries, niggles etc

Should physios be allowed to treat players on the park whilst the game continues aka Rugby ?

 

I ask this question because I'm sure that a lot of these little injuries/niggles are non exsistant and designed to time waste. I'm positive that these players would not go down feigning injury if they knew that play is continueing around them.

 

It would cut out the time wasting cheating Bolton b******s anyway
