Looks like he's developing into some player. Hugely fast and strong with a bit of attitude as well, made some brilliant forward runs on Saturday, but he looks like he can defend as well.

Couple of years time when Finnan starts to get towards the age the legs start to slow a little, he'll just be hitting his 20s. Possible future Liverpool right-back? Just a hunch I've got he may end up here, we have apparently shown some interest recently...

Got to say I like Samaras as well - thought he looked good last year but picked up a few injuries. Both of his goals at the weekend showed near-perfect technique, particularly the first and he's only 21 as well.

I thought Richards was a centre back who is playing right back til he matures a bit more as a player.

Was thinking the same, very, very good young player - only problem is that everyone will want him when he becomes available. Was thinking we should possibly try a bid in January, especially with some suggesting Alves isn't going to be a possibility. Think he looks like a natural right back in that he's got the pace and ability to surge forward all day.

Like Samaras as well. Impressed me when he played last season although I'd say he's capable of disappearing for a few games on the trot. Only 21 or something like that and all.

City have some very, very promising young players in their team and coming through. They may be the 'new West Ham'.

Arsenal are supposed to be making a move in January

Soon as he gets his Ivorian passport then.

Hope not, as he is going to be some player

arsenal, chelsea, spurs were all after him before he signed his new contract. think he'll become a centre-back ultimately; it's where he played for their youth outfit. he also played in central midfield for their reserves.

He made a real difference last season when he started the second FA youth game.

Don't see Arsenal going for him, they already have a top quality young right-back in Eboue.

Funny, I was there, never heard any boos, a few pissed off voices but no boos.

Ahhh well, I'm wrong, you're right, that's the way it is.

It must have been the Man City fans, or the Liverpool loving MotD crew dubbing the boos over

 Pissed myself at that, sounded like most of the ground aswell. f***ing idiots, then again because they beat their big local rivals they seem to think they're the best team in the League now.
