As much as I hate Ashley Cole, that tackle on Saturday was a disgrace. He did the exact same thing to Ryan Giggs when Fulham played the Mancs and could have crippled them both.

 

He's not a player that gets much press attention (mainly because he's s***) but it seems every time I see him play he's guaranteed to put in a 2 footed over-the-ball tackle - and its never accidental, you can see he means it.

Actually I was there on Saturday. Ashley Cole bottled out of three or four fifty-fifty challenges - I never realised he was such a wimp. Of course the one challenge he does go for, someone tries to break his leg.
