John Nada Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 He should pundit more often than Redknapp! He was funny and didn't come across nearly as bland as Mr Not-Interesting.

Guest Cameron Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Good to see Macca back, my favourite Red during the dismal mid-late 90's.
Chili Palmer Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Good to see Macca back, my favourite Red during the dismal mid-late 90's. Never liked him, cheered him on when he was a red but never really warmed to him. Met him once, confirmed everything that is bad in professional footballers.

Foo Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Some of my m8s once was a t the same place as the entire Liverpool squad about 9-10 years ago, and they said he was a top man to hang around.
Gomez Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Don't know what he's like as a bloke but as a player he was great for us...except for that unfortunate last season of his...and the nature of his departure. No, but he could have been. The original spice boy.

fred milne Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 No, but he could have been. Thought he was our best player during the mid-90's. Must have provided the assists for about half of Fowler's goals in that period.
Ombudsam Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Macca was tops for us until he stopped dribbling
Kite Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 If his eyes were any closer together, he could date Leela from Futurama ...
Guest TanMan Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 i met him once. He was sound. Signed autographs for anyone who wanted them £10 a go?
Guest Anders Honoré Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 he was a great player who would have been a legend had he played in a better team.
Andy @ Allerton Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 He's a money grabbing c*** like Owen
robfar1 Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 I would like to second that! I wasn't at all pleased to see his fat face back at Anfield. He can f*** off as far as I'm concerned. He's a money grabbing c*** like Owen
Christine Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 My personal opinion is that Jamie stays forever, he?s good TV : unlike that prat McManaman, never did like him and to be honest didn?t give a toss when he left. Certainly couldn?t care less about him leaving on a free, we?ve benefited from the odd freebee over the years you can't have it both ways.
Ostrich Man Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 he was a great player who would have been a legend had he played in a better team.he may have got in our reserves at the time.
