allez les rouges Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 A point that has been missed by the companies who outsource,and is only just begining to be appreicated is the "call resolution". In effect, it is not as cheap as they think it is to outsource. The number of calls that our resolved in india as a percentage is lower than the resolution figure from british call centers. That means a second call is involved which escalates costs. not to mention the reputation of the company who outsource, plus the people like me who refuse to deal with companies who outsource. my view is if they make there money here, then they can share it here as well.
