Case Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Can anyone advise whether I'm likely to find a bar in London showing the game tomorrow night? Unlikely I know, seeing as Chelsea are also playing at home.... Thanks in advance. Believe!
Serko Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 I don't see why pubs in London should show the Chelsea match when they can't even sell all their tickets for the match. They're still on general sale at the moment.

Though most biggish pubs will show both if they have more than one screen, specially with one on terrestrial

Guest dangerboy Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 This is a bit of a random one - but when Arsenal were on at the same time as us in the CL I found a hotel bar on Gt Russell St between Tottenham Court Road and Bloomsbury St that was always showing us. Only place in the centre I found not stuffed with gunners. Told you it was random.

cymrococh Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 The bloke from the Hedgehog and Pheasant has moved to The George on Great Portland Street but the screens are sh*te.
Stevie H Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Andy Mac on this thread - beoffwithyou The Alexander in Clapham will have both matches on. Most places with lots of screens with have them both on as they're on terrestrial. Isn't there a rule saying you cant show two games if they're both on Sky?don't think so, but then you'd have to have two sky boxes which i can't see many pubs doing. the alex at clapham common is a good shout, has two massive screens in separate rooms upstairs.
Guest Slimjim Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 The one whose name also escapes me. Would that be the Cambridge? Used to get a good crowd of reds in there but I think its closed now.
