Bloody hell - that was horrific.

I knew the BBC would show the injury and i said I wouldn't watch it - but you always end up looking, don't you? I wish I hadn't now.

He's not a bad player and I hope he recovers fully.

Seen that in AFL - fella smacked it back into place while he was laying on the stretcher, looks horrible in slow motion

Think that's Darren Cresswell you're thinking about

Have seen many ugly injuries in the AFL, but that was probably the one that turned my gut the most.

I've popped my shoulder back in a couple of times when its been partially dislocated, it sounds gross but adrenaline kicks in and you just do it - believe me it feels worse when its out!

My shoulder pops out at least once a week at this stage. I should probably get some light weights and build up my rotator cuff or something but it stopped hurting ages ago. Happened this morning as I throwing a bag on to my bed, has just popped out while walking in the past.

Its dead easy to put back in, you just hold your elbow in tight to your side with your other arm, and then move the forearm of the dislocated arm to point to the side, clicks right back in.

Guy I was at school with suffered from his knee cap popping out intermitently, usually when walking along. Painful as feck for him, quite funny to watch though...

And Bullard's out for nine months according to the yellow bar on SSN

Joe Theisman(?) when he broke his leg and CH4 showed it over and over again, you could see it bend before it gave way. uuuurrrgghhh.

Bullard out for nine months! He should man up!, Momo would have had a few days training off and been up for it the next game.

Yeeaarrgghh.

I see someone started drinking early last night :hmm:
