Guest Scot Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 He'll score a f*ckload of goals there this season
Ombudsam Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 missed a pen and a gift but he's a ridiculously natural goalscorer. one of the best i've seen in my lifetime. Literally born to do it. Best part was salgado getting injured trying a shytehouse tackle. I don't mind salgado one iota but he deserved a worse injury than the one he got
Spike Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 he's no Smudger though. He's the next RVN and Roy Keane all in one
Ronnie Whelan Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 With Saha missing a handful of decent chances and RVN putting away a handful of decent chances Sir Alex may well end up regretting it. Spurs had a s***load of chances to make him regret a lot sooner.
Boca Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 That first goal was typical RVN, it was a nothing ball into him but he created space and finished brilliantly. He's going to make Ferguson look stupid like Stam and Beckham before him. What has he done since he left the mancs to make the decision to sell him look anything but a great bit of business?
Coyler Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Doesn't matter how many goals he scores, nobody's bigger than the club, eh Alex?
Stevie H Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 What has he done since he left the mancs to make the decision to sell him look anything but a great bit of business?made madrid a fortune in merchandising revenues.
Boca Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 made madrid a fortune in merchandising revenues. Ah yes, and here was I thinking about football. How naive of me.
Euphrates Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Ah yes, and here was I thinking about football. How naive of me. In this day and age? Fool!
Buttles Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 (edited) hope Madrid get Man U in the Champions League and RvN sticks ten past the cn*ts all with assists from BeckhamThe sight of a spluttering Fergie in the post match spitting out excuses after RVN scores a couple at Old Trafford is appealing. Hector McDougal Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 hope Madrid get Man U in the Champions League and RvN sticks ten past the cn*ts all with assists from BeckhamIt seems almost inevitable that they will draw each other in the knock out stage. Capello has added the steel that madrid have been lacking. I could see them turning the mancs over.
Andy @ Allerton Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Would love to see him dump the monkeys out of the 'Champions League' at Ancient Poopit.
R A Softlad Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Not one Horseface? I think the comments so far have been pretty stable and unbiased. Would love to see him dump the monkeys out of the 'Champions League' at Ancient Poopit. Since when is Woodison a European Cup venue?
