Ian Woosnam & the Ryder Cup Team

Looks like Thomas Bjorn is spitting feathers. Can't blame him either, though at the same time I really wanted both Darren Clarke and Lee Westwood in the side.

 

I remember when Ian Woosnam was first announced as captain. I thought straight away it was a bad choice. He's always had a chip on his shoulder and I just couldn't imagine him inspiring anyone on the course. To hear that he's not even spoken to those that had already qualified, let alone those that were still desperate to, just sums it up really. Some captain..

 

I think the Yuropeens have the best team and must be favourites to win. I'm quite sure they will too. But I think it will be in spite of Woosnam, not because of him.

 

**I realise many of you hate golf and won't give a crap, but I look forward to your responses as much as from those that do like/play golf**
