i never realised how powerful he looks. he looks a monster with a fine touch.

 

the most impressive part of his game today was that everything he did looked easy. He looked as if he was in complete control without ever exerting himself.

 

i think we have a good'n

He looked really strong and attacked the couple of crosses that came his way,where as Crouch would wait for the ball to hit him. Also create a couple of chances for other players and his little ball around the corner for Bellamy's offside goal. A good debut a goal would have been nice.

All our best players so far this season have been the newbies

was thinking the same before.. it bodes well if they can keep it up and improve as the team begins to gel together.. made up with them all..

Yep, very impressive debut. Shame he couldn't cap it off with a goal, but everything's in place. Very Keegan-esque in his positive running, directness and awareness. Can't wait to see him again.

Like someone else said pronounce it Kowt as in nowt.

 

A lot closer to the sound than Kite or coy-t.

 

Yes, in his pc Dirk said that was the closest to the correct prounciation - for native English speakers that is :)

A very good debut he seemed to immediately settle in. Don't know why but I'm in love with him already (and I'm not easily impressed)
