What makes me curious though is since ITV1 can be received non-digitally - how can anyone possibly know what channel you are tuned into?

 

I guess for Digital - they can tell who has got which channel turned on ?

Viewing figures mean f*** all anyway - besides why would any other than the most devoted neutral watch the match? £4m is still 7% of the population.

To TV land they're only really interested in percentage share.
