i nearly died today

i very nearly died from electricution at work today

(im an electrician for the last 15 odd years )

lack of concentration and i forgogot to turn off the power on a machine i was working on ,grabbed hold of one of the phase wires and couldnt let go, luckly someone saw me(probably because i was screaming)and turned the juice off, but i really thought i was gonna die ,im still shook up twelve hours later .
