Yep, cheers mate - on the phone now but all I get is an answerphone saying I'm being charged, all the details of the tickets which I already know and then am hung up on as all operators are busy!!

I did this morning. Just hang up and press redial when that woman tells you to try later. Repeat this about 20 times and you should get through.
