Have been with O2 for 4 years now, my monthly bill is a minimum of £30 per month. Called them up for a price to upgrade to the Sony Ericsson K800i and the buggers want 79.99 off me. Orange can give me a similar tariff for £25 a month and offer the phone for free. Are these people not interested in keeping their current customers happy? Think a move to Orange is in order.....
