Yes, badly advised. Why else would he want to do an exclusive in the NOTW, a smutty tabloid, with links to the S*n? Is he skint?

 

It's hardly the best image for the player or club.

Even if he and his advisors feel the NOTW is distant enough from the Sun (imo its not), why f***ing do it anyway? The NOTW may not be boycotted officially (i'd never buy it and i know others who never would) but he must know in many many Liverpool fans minds it's simply the Sunday sun, so why f***ing chance it? It's going to piss off s*** loads of our fans and it's not like every other paper in England wouldn't have paid him a s*** load of money for the rights too.
