Business class flights

I'm travelling from Oz to UK to South Africa and then back to Oz. Thankfully the company are paying for me to fly business class and the choice is with either BA & Qantas or Singapore Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.

 

Are these much of a muchness or is one option much better than the other?
