As your dad and you have obviously either ignored, misunderstood or not received the various emails about his account (and I know your dad has received at least one of the emails), here we go.....

 

1) Your dad is not banned

2) Your dad's account is SNIFFER so first of all he's not using the right account name

3) Your dad is also typing the wrong password for his account, so even if he did use the right account, he still wouldn't get in.

4) If your dad has forgotten his password, then tell him to click the link next to the "I've forgotten my password" message on the login screen.
