Guest Portly Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 Anyone else waiting for the postman today? I should have had my tickets for Maccabi Haifa. My credit card was debited for our 2 tickets under the terms of the new auto ticket scheme on 30th July. No sign of them yet in the post. Even if they do turn up I think it's unnecessary to cut it so fine!
Andy @ Allerton Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 I got mine on Monday morning mate You should well have them by now
Will Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 Mine turned up last week as well. Not that I can use it now
Montse Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 (edited) Any ideas when the Community Shield tickets should start arriving, I ordered mine on Fri? Forget that! Just arrived Edited August 9, 2006 by Montse
Guest Portly Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 I rang the ticket office on 0870 220 2345 The first thing they say on the recorded message is "you are being charged for this call." Then there is a message containing a lot of information you don't want. Then they say something like "if you still want information please hold." Then there is another message about tickets for various fixtures. Then they say something like "if we still haven't got rid of you, please wait and you will be connected to one of our operators." Then there is a message saying "all our operators are busy, please try later." Then they just cut you off! You don't even get the privilege of being held in a queue for hours listening to the Swingle Singers. Pissed poor IMO I'm going up to the ground, see if I can get hold of a human being. Or at least a zombie.

IgPig Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 Thought they might go to a bit more trouble given its more of a "prestige" fixture. Hopefully, mine is waiting for me at home.
Guest Scot James Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 Got mine on Saturday. No fuss, no bother.

If the club have debited your card then it means the tickets are yours and (unlike the Millenium Stadium ) you should be able to obtain duplicates. Just make sure you turn up at the ground early
Jeff guitar Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 Anyone else notice they are using TNT now. rather than royal snail.

Even if they do turn up I think it's unnecessary to cut it so fine! My ticket hasn't turned up. Phoned the club yesterday and they said if it didn't come in today's post just take my fan card to the ticket office and they'll issue a duplicate. So that's what i'm doing!
Will Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 Do they just come normal first class?I was told on the phone they were going registered and that I had no other option
