Invent(ory) Report for my new flat

I think Invent is the right word, considering you have to pay a fee for them to check you out in the first place which is supposed to also cover this report.

Right then what do we have.

Room 1 - Hallway

Not too bad a start as it should have 3 black framed pictures, but only has 2 plus something else hanging on the wall, not a picture but suppose it's close.

Cupboard 1

Contains the boiler, yep can't miss it.

Cupboard 2

Contains ironing board, mop and bucket (well the bucket is here, the mop has had enough already) and the fuse box. Also has a plastic airer that i didn't spot extra to the report and spotted it 15 mins after buying one from Argos this afternoon.

Room 2 - Kitchen

2 frying pans disgusing themselves as fresh air.

1 glass jug which is plastic so safer for me.

1 iron to go with ironing board, well there isn't one so bought one today so i can iron things.

3 desert spoons are actually 6, 3 forks are actually 7, 4 knives are actually 10, 4 teaspoons are actually 5.

5 wine glasses, nope they aren't here either.

1 bin must be keeping the frying pans company.

1 kettle that didn't work when i moved in when i really wanted a cup of tea, so went back out to buy one and came back via the pub.

1 knife block containing 6 knives has 1 knife in it.

Extra extra - a set of metal egg cups.

Room 3 - Lounge

1 wooden shelf with a nice stain on it.

1 vase absconded.

2 wooden prints have mutated into 3.

Room 4 - Bedroom 1

Shade on light ripped in numerous places.

1 side lamp with shade missing.

Extra extra - 1 picture, i chair and a similar hanging thing like the one in hallway.

Room 5 - Bedroom 2 (main bedroom)

Quite good this one just missing the shadr off the light, almost a success.

Room 6 - Ensuite bathroom for main bedroom

Bin missing

Room 7 - Bathroom

Toilet roll holder broken and swings nicely in a 360 degree motion.

Bin missing and the bathmat must be inside it.

Supposed to have received a proffessional clean, so apart from all the tiles needing cleaning in kitchen and bathrooms, and the wooden floors in hallway and lounge it has been cleaned possibly with a sweeping brush lightly.

Fridge freezer had to be cleaned before i put the shopping away, due to mould growing in fridge part, and the 3 drawers in freezer were dirty.

Place needs a lick of paint in certain areas.

Oh and no key for the balcony which the door isn't f***ing locked, trying to sort that part as we speak, others will be sorted when i pop into agent tomorrow. Lucky i have nothing better to do until next week.
