next week i will mostly

7 am on sunday morning i wil be setting off on an epic 950 mile bike ride john o groats- lands end. it will be done over 8 days so the average is 120 miles a day. we will be coming thru liverpool with a police escort thru the tunnel , i hope to post a link to follow our progress .when i get back i might find myself agreeing with people who hate bikes
