ST Tickets for qualifier

I opted to have my tickets sent for every cup game on my ST but not received my qualifier ticket yet. Anyone got or not got theirs or have any indication when they are sending

I've been working away from home - but am hoping that when I return today a nice shiny ticket for next week will be sitting invitingly on my hall floor!)

I ticked the box without really reading it, do they automatically send them to you or do you need to confirm you want them?

I ticked the box and I believe they automatically send you the ticket and debit your account but this is LFC ticket office

I suggest all who ticked the boxes and put your cc details on check.

 

I have come back from 2 weeks hols this morning to get my season ticket with 3 NO's by the FA, league and Euro games, despite ticking YES to all of these. My CC details were all entered correctly and the club gave no explanation as to why the mistake had been made on their part. All she said was send a fax and they would see what they can do, oh and go to Anfield this morning to queue for Haifa tickets.

 

I have already spent 55 minutes on the clubs phone numbers to be given a FAX number that doesnt exist and I am currently ninth in the queue again.

 

Furious with the ticket office again.

if you go online onto the ticket selling area, there is an order history section and if you are part of the automatic ticket scheme your ticket staus should be something like - 'waiting to be printed' - mine was.

I just phoned 0870 220 2345 and gave them my Fan Card/ST number

 

 

They confirmed I was enrolled in all three (As expected) and also confirmed that the ticket had been 'processed' and would be sent out shortly!

Got through and the ST tickets are still been processed( mine has been0 and tickets issued shortly.

Mine also still says 'waiting to be printed' but I know that they were dealing with it on Tuesday because they called me and said that they didn't have the start date of my Switch card on the system and could I supply it again. I was expecting to see the ticket confirmed but maybe there's a delay posting it?

IF this system works then it's a huge plus because it was great not needing to spend ages on the phone (and was a pleasant change that they had to call me). But there's always that 'IF'. I presume that if they screw up and my ticket doesn't arrive then they won't hold it against me when allocating tickets for future rounds of the European competition?

I think they just put SECOND ROUND, didn't they sell TNS and Kaunas together?

Tbh, I can't see what the problem is. Tickets haven't been received yet, but it's only Thursday. If they don't turn up by Monday I can see why people would get nervy but what's the problem at the moment??

Did you manage to get through? Feck me it's been engaged all fecking day. My neck feels like it's gonna fall off from all the phone cradling I've done.

 

Surely I can't just be so unlucky that I'm managing to ring just about constantly but still not get through just as someone's hanging up?

No mention that I have one against my ST on the Online Ticket Sales info - should I be very worried?

 

Where is fecking Gray with the info when you need him.......

I was being really dense - I was looking in Match Tickets rather than Order History

 

There is a nice Maccabi ticket sitting in there!

 

However, as it is going to Mr Gray's house I still need to get in touch with him!
