Elisha_Scott Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 I dont know if any of you generally useless b******s can help, but, I am on a bit of a fitness kick, and need some help, I am not a member of a gym, nor can I really afford to be. However I do have the means to visit a gym once a week, which I tend to do on a Friday. I am quite fit and healthy as far as I know, but could do with losing a bit of weight, probably about a stone and toning up. So, without visiting the gym more than once a week and taking into account I play 5 a side twice a week, are there any recommendations / tips about exercises / dietary stuff I would be wise to listen to?I am watching what I eat in general and have been running, but to be honest I find it boring, although if that is the best thing to do I will stick with it.
