A story about a group of mentally-challenged patients that, led by a energetic, flamboyant, wise-guy anti-hero against the Establishment, institutional authority and status-quo attitudes, express their need of basic human rights, but then are systematically wiped out by a bunch of seemingly suicidal Albanian mercs.
