McCarthy confirmed on Wednesday that the veteran midfielder would not be returning to Molineux.

 

"I have not spoken to Paul but he won't be coming back," he told the club's website.

Loads of people seem to hate Ince - I always thought he gave us his best on the pitch, and despite all the 'guv'nor' business, he always speaks well of us.

 

He basically alluded to us being the best club he's been at not that long ago, and his son is in our youth ranks now as well.

 

He reacted badly to being pushed out, but then a lot of people would.

 

I'm not saying I'd like to go for a pint with him, he's obviously got way too much attitude; all I'm saying is he wasn't a bad servant to Liverpool Football Club in my opinion.
