died a few months ago and when I read his obituaries it remineded how much he was on the telly back in the late 60s and 70s, I had a vague recollection of what he loked like, what he sounded like, but couldn't remember any of his songs. Bought a CD compliation last week and its got some great songs on it, probably a bit of an acquired taste in his singing, musical and lyrical style but he was a great talent. I might have to get a bit more of his stuff.
