Chelsea agree to sell Del Horno

 

Chelsea have agreed to sell Spanish international Asier Del Horno to Primera Liga club side Valencia.

 

The Premiership champions have not revealed any details of the fee involved, but Del Horno has travelled to Spain to discuss personal terms.

 

Del Horno, 25, joined Chelsea from Athletic Bilbao for £8m last summer but struggled to hold down a regular place.

 

He made 25 league appearances last term but missed the end of the season and the World Cup becuase of injury.
