Mobile Phone Damage

I knackered my mobile yesterday when i got thrown in a canal yesterday, it was quite a piss up so a few people went in so i took my revenge but having my phone in my pocket was a blow.

 

Anyway i have orange care but i'm not sure what to say as i know they can be reluctant to replace or even try to make me pay for the replacement if they can make a case of neglect or failure to take reasonable care of the phone.

 

Any help please.
