Selling Houses

Just pulled out of a deal to buy a new build which involved us part exchanging our house. We still want to sell, just had a change of heart about where we are moving to. Even though we have now pulled out of the part exchange we are in contact with someone who was willing to give us asking price, just now it wont involve any agency fees.

 

I havent a clue what the next steps are though, what exactly is involved in selling your house to someone when your dealing with them directly? Anyone?
