aka Dus Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 despite the source, this is the kind of news which makes me smile: http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,1...1326303,00.html The lemmings are all lining up...
ChrisC Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Anyone read the comment by the Manc Fan? Possibly the worst grammar Ive ever seen!
Stevie H Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 i'd laugh my head off. heinze might well be up for it as well.
Ronnie Whelan Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 kay (Manchester United fan): "...united glory his going, teams are placing transfers on top players united has table any bid at all, united should bid for world class players not diara, players like gattuso,i believe united would be beaten seriuosly next season. Also big players are runing away united, bcos of sir fergie. if rudd boy goes, wonder may be saha can do it,saha the injury propt. torres we dont need a striker we a attacking mid,not darren and oshea...." Hahaha! I really hope this is true. Add this to the fact that RVN and Ronaldo could well be heading for the hills and Sir Alex may well need to spend big to have a squad capable of challenging. I wonder will the shareholders let him?
Eiler99 Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Would love it. As much as I hate to admit it, Heinze is a quality defender.
Gilps Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Mind you - if all their mooted moves come off, Madrid's back four next season looks a bit tasty. Cicinho Cannavaro Heinze Zambrotta.
sutty Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Mind you - if all their mooted moves come off, Madrid's back four next season looks a bit tasty. Cicinho Cannavaro Heinze Zambrotta. Ramos is already there and is far fom the worst
Bigal Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 And woodgate will be on the treatment table, just in case!!
Gilps Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Ramos is already there and is far fom the worst Forgot about him. Oops. This can't be allowed. Football laws surely dictate that Mardid have a rubbish defence.
Leo No.8 Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 La Liga will be one hell of a fight next year. Capello will sort Madrid out and with the funds he'll be given, no doubt turn them into a force strong enough to take on the mighty Barca...
CaptainXabi Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Capello will bench Cicinho (or play him on the wing) and play Ramos at RB.
Superjay Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Great news. Just a shame we're not the ones picking him up.
Hightown Phil Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Mind you - if all their mooted moves come off, Madrid's back four next season looks a bit tasty. Cicinho Cannavaro Heinze Zambrotta. More likely is Zambrotta Cannavaro Ramos Heinze IMO. Capello will bench Cicinho (or play him on the wing) and play Ramos at RB. What about Salgado?
growler Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 that would be great. united replace beans with Evra. Perfect! the only problem for me, is the money they will be getting for horse, beans and stepover. add that to the blood money from the russians they have a decent pot
Benzo-13 Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 that would be great. united replace beans with Evra. Perfect! the only problem for me, is the money they will be getting for horse, beans and stepover. add that to the blood money from the russians they have a decent pot Doubt they could buy much, all the big players will have moved and Real have more or less scalped the Juve side.
Guest Banana Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I may have missed something here, but...why 'beans'?
The Hitman Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I may have missed something here, but...why 'beans'?Heinz-eOr he could've meant Wes "Baked Bean" Brown.
CaptainXabi Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I may have missed something here, but...why 'beans'?Heinz baked beans. Know your nastybutcommonlyeatenduetotheinfluenceofthenowdefunctbritishempire foods sonny.
Rimbeux Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Madrid will be a force again next season I'm inclined to agree, they will have a proper squad and manager, and will play for results. If Man U change as many players as rumoured, they'll be in some trouble, some areas could improve others will decline, and will have to learn each other
Barnesy_10 Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 haha... my manc mates current favourite manc players are as follows HorseRooneyRonaldoNevilleHeinze ah well, 3 out of 5 aint bad!
Maldini Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I'm sure Capello received assurances that he could get the players he wanted. They still have a few great players, it's some of the players' attitudes that are the problem. Capello has proven in the past that he can handle big egos though.
Guest Anders Honoré Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 hell, he controlled Totti and Cassano. chance to get something out of Cassano once again for him now.not sure if he looks forward to that though.
