Just read this:

 

Some ****tard here just signed a lease to rent out a serviced apartment penthouse suite for HK$500,000 per month - equivalent to around 35 000 pounds per month. The size of the flat is 2,600 square feet.

 

So in a year's time, he'll have paid around HK$6 million (or 420 000 pounds).
