'Restrict Scottish MPs'

The Conservatives are calling for Scottish MPs to be barred from voting on issues that only affect English voters, such as education and health.

 

In a newspaper interview, Ken Clarke, who is the head of the Tories' democracy working group, says it is no longer possible to avoid the problem, which began with the creation of the Scottish parliament in 1998.

 

So in Ken's twisted thinking maybe the Scots should keep all the revenue raised by Oil and Gas production instead of London reaping the benefit???

It works for me anyway??
