Sven, as much as I hate him, has delvered the least expected from an England team. We have generally beaten the teams we've expected to (bar NI when we'd already qualified) and been knocked out whenever we've met a team that has been expected to beat us.

 

I don't expect us to even get that far under McClaren, though given our group, failure to qualify would be difficult to say the least.

a. It was then players who were diving etc, not Scolari

b. Spotted more than two England players doing the same
