been working my nuts off this week - and when added to everything I was doing at home - plus teenage child induced stress my sleep patterns have been somewhat shot to peices.

 

average of about 4 hours sleep a night for the last week - until last night. Wfey was out for the day with the kids. I got out early so watched the Italy win in the pub with a couple of pints - then home and got a good couple of hours nap on my sofa (normally not possible as the kids are keeping me awake) - then got a solid 7 hours later that night. I feel absolutley f***ing great - not even 7am and I'm downing coffee and about to cook a full english!!

kids are out again and I am heading down the pub later in time to watch the game - loads of ale, no responsibility - then drink unitl the end of the france / brasil game. and I have monday and tuesday off in order that I can get bladdered all weekend.

 

all I need now is a decent weekend for weather, my computer to magically fix itself and for me to get the job I applied for which means more travel to the UK and more getting up to Liverpool.

 

what could possibly go wrong????

 

apart from the funeral I'm missing next week, s***ty weather, being ill, the teenage causing more grief, not getting the job, giving everyone food poisoning at the bbq I'm hosting and running out of wine and beer.
