Do you know of one?

 

I suspect that the English/Irish betting market essentially drives most of the others anyway since (probably) foreign bookies lay things off to England or Ireland where the market has much greater volume.

 

are they the odds to qualify for semi finals or 90 minute betting?

 

To qualify - which is what the teams are aiming for, after all.
