Guest Red Mist Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 In almost every world cup venue there's a huge screen which show replays of dodgy incidents. The refs should use them to their advantage. For example, when a ball is knocked out of play and no one is sure who the ball came off, the replay will show the ref whether he should award a goal kick or a corner. Of course you can't use video replays for every decision, that would be impossible in football but there are other areas in which the refs can use replays for their benefit and the betterment of the game,
