anyone used it?

 

I've just had repair work on my medial collatoral and anterior cruciate ligaments (knee was f*cked) and am going through the programme now of rehabilitation.

 

However, with the egg chasing pre-season already started I need to catch up some ground in terms of explosive power and someone has recommended this stuff which I have previously been quite wary of so in that respect- has anyone got any experiences with it?
