DGMO Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 would explain their pursuit of ribery i guess. But Ribery plays on the left
Knox_Harrington Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 But Ribery plays on the left They need a ball carrier on both sides, especially if Ronaldo goes.
smithdown Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 "I have gone with Villar Mir's project because it is serious and follows correct procedures. "They have explained to me their plans and the next step is they will talk to Manchester United to open negotiations. Aye. Excellent following of procedures there.
Ostrich Man Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 diving, cheating, immature con-artists are two for a penny over here - he'll be right at home thought most of them had moved to a certain english team....
BigBird Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 b*****d Surprised at that OM. The lad is a gifted player but his crosses are shocking. It?s RVN?s biggest criticism of Ronaldo and a very noticeable deficiency compared to the quality supplied by his predecessor. Personally I hope he is unfit to face Buntyland on Saturday and remains at OT for the next decade.Would not want to see him at Anfield or Barca. Keep Ronnie, sell Rooney but not to the Chavs.
Ostrich Man Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 if they want to leave...they become b******s...whether good or bad....still think once he settles down...learns to stick the first cross in instead of doing a riverdance he'll be a player and a half.
Gilps Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 still think once he settles down...learns to stick the first cross in instead of doing a riverdance he'll be a player and a half. Agree completely. Will be very pleased if its not with your lot.
Bootle Buck Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Maybe the Return of "The Free Kick King" is on the cards. The Glazers could sign Beckham for a few years and squeeze some shirt sales before he moves to the US. (They will probably make money on that too)
Knox_Harrington Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 sign Joey Barton and Nolan!!I'd have either of them.
IgPig Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 (edited) this c*** will be crying again come saturday. Indeed, so joyous at having qualified for the world cup semi's.......... Don't think Ronaldo's that great, although always seems to do well against us. Ferguson would be mad not to let him go for daft money. Edited June 27, 2006 by hamstrung
Stevie H Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 this c*** will be crying again come saturday. hope so. he and gary neville go in for a 50/50 challenge together which is so ill-fated that it results in four broken legs each for them. i'd sh*t with laughter.
Cooldude Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 He'd fit right in there at Real, the culture that is
IgPig Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 hope so. he and gary neville go in for a 50/50 challenge together which is so ill-fated that it results in four broken legs each for them. i'd sh*t with laughter. Get "Lamps" and Terry in on that 50/50 and I may just cry myself. I'd also piss myself
Guest 3an86 Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 hope so. he and gary neville go in for a 50/50 challenge together which is so ill-fated that it results in four broken legs each for them. i'd sh*t with laughter. gary neville wants to stop being nosey
Tones Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Id much rather he stayed at United than they get £20m to spend on other players.
Boca Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 hope so. he and gary neville go in for a 50/50 challenge together which is so ill-fated that it results in four broken legs each for them. i'd sh*t with laughter. Now that would be something special
Barnesy_10 Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 so is there any truth in this? The mancs have come out and denied what Ronaldo has done apparently.
Guest 3an86 Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 another real madrid candidate trying to get votes. bulls***.
Guest Red Mist Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Not fussed whether he stays or goes. Don't rate the diving one-trick-pony with no end product.
Boca Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Manchester United have quickly played down reports linking Cristiano Ronaldo with a summer move to Real Madrid. The 21-year-old has only recently penned a new long-term contract at Old Trafford - but reports continue to link him with a move away from club, and particularly Madrid. Ronaldo has now been quoted as saying he is open to a move to El Santiago Bernabeu and has even made contact with Juan Miguel Villar Mir - one of the leading candidates to win the Real presidential elections which are due later this summer. Villar Mir followed this up by stating he was indeed in talks with the United winger. "Manchester United know that we are talking with him," he said. "We have gone in 'through the front door'." United have been quick to react and are less than amused by Villar Mir's claims. "Manchester United are astonished with Juan Miguel Villar Mir's comments," read a club statement. "There has been no contact between Manchester United and his election team or Real Madrid, and any suggestion there has been is incorrect. "Unfortunately these tactics seem to be a common occurrence in elections of this nature. "Cristiano Ronaldo has signed a long-term contract with Manchester United which runs until 2010. He will be a Manchester United player next season. "We will not be drawn further on this matter." Ronaldo himself is currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation as he looks to regain fitness ahead of Portugal's World Cup quarter final clash with England on Saturday. sky ©
Stevie H Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 And another young player fails at Old Trafford. The freak youth team kernel sticking together apart, I honestly fail to understand where this ballsology about Ferguson being a serial nurturer and moulder of young men comes from. He indulges his petulant favourites to an obscene degree and ruined Lee Sharpe . aye, no wonder john obi mikel wanted nothing to do with the strawberry-nosed old dipso.
Bailo Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 I'd have either of them.Could Nolan be cover for Alonso? He's probably too good for that actually...
The Hitman Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 I'd have either of them.Me too actually, especially Barton. They were just the first Scouse footballers that came to mind.
growler Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 so for obi they get 12, for ronaldo probably 20, not a bad summer for them. Leaves them with only 240mil debt to go.
