The one thing I like about all our fixture is we play all the big sides away in the first half of the season and all the potential title rivals and CL position possibilities are home games in the second half of the season. With a good start this season against those sides we could put ourselves in a strong position early on leaving others with ground to make up....

 

I think I'm being realistic in saying we have genuine title hopes this season and a continutaion of the league form from last season should see us possible champions. I think I've talked myself into having a little wager

The fixture list has been cocked up. Liverpool have been paired more with Tranmere Rovers which has given the Prenton Park club and the police a headache.

 

Wait for 4th November 2006.

Very surprised that our game has not been moved, maybe the Tranmere game will be moved to the Friday night.
