Entry To The USA

I am thinking of going to florida in september however about 14 years ago i was given a police caution for criminal damage (basically i was writing on a wall)..

 

But ive heard that if you have any sort of police record no matter how small then you need to go down to london and apply for a proper visa..

 

has anybody who has a caution been to the states since they introduced fingerprint recognition been since it was introduced...
