There's two, the one you mention (for some reason subtitled "Velcro Mitts") and another hanging from the top tier behind the same goal, didn't see what it said, but there was defo a couple of Liverbirds on it.

 

Don't know why the LFC flags suddenly appeared at a Ukraine / Saudi match, would have thought they'd be at the England or Spain matches.
