How much extra does it cost to live and work in london ?

If you work up here, for lets just say £100 a week what sort of increase should you be looking for to do a similar job in London when you take extra living costs etc into account ?

 

Also, how much does it cost to get a accomodation in london i(B&B etc) if you want to come home at weekends but work down there Mon-Fri
