World Cup stories (so far)

Terry Venebles and Gareth Southgate came in our pub, although we didn't see them because we were watching Elephant's Leg Coast versus Cheese Heads - but some visiting English lads managed to get pics of them on their mobiles. Ruud Gullit was about as well, allegedly.

 

An English mate of mine tw*tted 3 German teenagers who mistook him for a Poland fan and tried unsuccessfully to taunt him (he was wearing a "Polska" shirt because his wife's Polish) after Ecuador-a*** Land.

 

England fans: mostly harmless and quite a laugh, but a small minority of d1ckheads as might be expected.

 

Stop press: Peter Crouch has been dubbed Spargel (white asparagus)
