I was caned at school - it was still legal in SA in the 80's. Those of you who never had it wont realise that the pain is only part of the problem - it's the humiliation of the whole ordeal that makes it so terrible. Revolting process and I would rather rot in the christian hell than cane my children. The people from that ministry in the article are child abusers. Plain and simple.
