Earl Hafler Posted June 6, 2006 Posted June 6, 2006 I had a BBQ on Saturday and someone has tried to update my player to version 10 ( thinking they were being helpful when i don't have XP on that computer ) and now it won't play any files. It seems to be caught between the two versions, stuck in mid set-up as WMP doesn't appear on my add / remove programs list.I've tried reinstalling it but at the end of installation, Windows tells me it wasn't able to complete and i must restart my PC. I have already reinstalled Java.
