Benitez Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 ha! that 3rd goal was a cracker Well in Crouchy, well pleased for him. Big Pete deserves all the good things that happen!
LFCNeil90 Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 There a bloody one man team! lol Great finish for the 3rd 1st was debatable if it was his, but i'd give it... the 2nd was a tap in well set up by Carra and the third good play between him and Owen before a first time strike right into the corner
Benitez Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Big Pete only cares about England, he's never scored a hattrick for us
Guest JV Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODon't hear that no more cvnting fans
DonRafa Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Crouchy and Owen worked well together I thought.....heeheehee
_00_deathscar Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Not a good game for Lampard - again. No surprise there then. Thought Gerrard was quite decent.
Benitez Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 (edited) Not a good game for Lampard - again. who gives a choite This is about Crouchy! Edited June 3, 2006 by Benitez
DonRafa Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Crouchy didn't get any high fives at the end. No ladders
Guest Ant Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Lampard is getting to close to crouch for my liking
alias75 Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Stevie never got out of 1st gear, think after the last world cup he was being very careful not to get injured. Crouch linked up very well with Owen and took his goals really well, great assist by Carra for the 2nd. If he has a good world cup how much would Crouch be worth? lots of criticism when he was signed for £7million but i cant think of any other player that offers what he does.

alias75 Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Shevchenko for starters... But Crouchie is funny - and not a Chav. Dont think Schevchenko is 6ft 7 , what i meant was theres not many strikers in Europe of his size, his hold up and link up play has looked very good in the last few games for England and if he continues to finish in the way he has been then theres not many players with all those attributes.

Shevchenko's a better header(er) of the ball, has better link up play etc. But let's just enjoy Crouch
Eiler99 Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 who cares about the goals! how did he celebrate!? A robot with a bonus move thrown in after the first. Brilliant. He was great today. Except for the penalty. A little too confident there was Big C. But a great game by him none the less.
Benitez Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 yeah he tried to be too cocky with the peno. But i guess at 5-0, and to have the confidence to even try it, says a lot about how Crouchy is these days! I was dissapointed he didn't score to get his hattrick then, and some of the numpties eleswhere, would have focused on that miss rather than the rest of his game. So I was made up that he scored that cracker late on, far better way to complete a hattrick
