Anti Spam Software

I have two pop 3 accounts. one is an old one that i've kept open as i still get email to it but is getting more and more spam. the account its with is just a free dial up one (my primary pop 3 account is on adsl) so I'd have to pay for spam filtering.

some of these programs that do it must be half decent.
