It's hard to see how NTL & Setanta will be able to maintain that arrangement.

 

I think SKY & Setanta will do some sort of a deal to offer SKY Sports & Setanta at a reduced rate [ i.e. lower than the current combined cost of SKY Sports & Setanta, but more then the current SKY Sports subscription on its own ]. I think they have done some such deal for the UK Pubs packages.

Setanta are €150 for the year at the mo... Telly license takes priority

Yes, RTE have lost out.

At least 30 live matches on a Saturday afternoon a season. Will also have at least 23 Saturday evening matches and 23 Monday night matches.
