Rich Gobey Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 (edited) World cups seem a bit dull these days in comparison. Everthing 'black' enough for you? Miserable sod Edited May 28, 2006 by Gobez
D.Boon Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 Everthing 'black' enough for you? Miserable sod A reference to football boots Dr Chuckles i maintain though that as a young 'un World Cups seemed to have that magical sparkle as a specatacle. Maybe a familiarity with the overseas players these days makes it less so, who knows?
D.Boon Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 Platini was in Butlins He took the money on the boating lake.
Woodsyla Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 Sky plussing it drinking cocktails whilst t***ting the wife at Black Jack I'd have watched it, don't trust these new fangled gadgets meself
Big G Superhero Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 His long range passing in that Socceraid thing was class. Just thought I'd throw that into the mix. I was born in 77 but 86 was the first world cup I remember, 82 came a little too soon. I reckon Panini sticker albums are responsible for getting kids majorly hooked on World Cups at around that age. 1990 was class too, I must've drawn that mascot on my school books about 100 times!
Frosty Jack Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 TV COMMERCIAL Brasilian commercial for Antarctica Guarana running at the moment featuring him.
Kenny_ Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 What a player. The skills he shows in the end of the clip, kicking the ball high up in the air is incredible.
